About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, development, and scaling of robust backend services and intuitive frontend applications.
You will work primarily with Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and React, driving best engineering practices, designing scalable microservices/REST APIs, and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
- Frontend Development: Architect and build responsive, performant user interfaces using React.js, state management tools, and modern CSS/UI frameworks.
- Database & Data Modeling: Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) ; write optimized queries and manage ORMs (e.g., Prisma, TypeORM).
- System Design & Performance: Maintain clean Codebase patterns, optimize system throughput, reduce latency, and ensure maximum security across all applications.
- Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, modular, and well-tested TypeScript code (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing with Jest/Cypress).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor mid-level and junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive architecture7 decisions.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments .
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade web applications.
- Backend Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS using TypeScript.
- Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Context API, state management libraries like Redux/Zustand, Next.js is a plus).
- Data Management: Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, database design, query optimization, and ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM).
- Software Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka), RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
- Testing & Security: Experience writing unit/integration tests and implementing web security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, CORS, rate limiting).
- Tools: Proficiency with Git, Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Points
- Experience with LLMs:Architecture & Orchestration: Building context-aware conversational systems using RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant), and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph).
- Engineering & Operations: Managing conversation state, external tool integrations, guardrails, and LLMOps evaluation tools (LangSmith, Ragas) for safe, scalable production deployments.
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js.
- Knowledge of sms gateways, payment gateways and voip.
- Familiarity with WebSockets/Socket.io for real-time applications.
- Active open-source contributions or technical blogging.
